He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Blackburn and Barbara J. Brandt Blackburn. He is survived by: his grandson Braden; his wife Marsha A. Walters Blackburn; his sons, Michael Blackburn and Braden; his grandchild Harley; his sister Barbara B. Layman; and his sister-in-law Norma Baldwin. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
