He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. I and Maxine E. Bates Crew. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. Crew; his sons, Eric E. Crew (April M. Riley) and Kristofer L. Crew (Aaron L. Marinacci); and his grandchildren, Jordan Tyler Crew, Livia Marie Crew and Theodore Kristofer Marinacci Crew.
