Kaiser of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Colliers, West Virginia, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Anderson and Emma Mae Anderson (Parker); her daughter Twyla Mueller (Kaiser); her siblings, Joe, Leroy, Frank, Tom, Jack, Elizabeth, Jessie and Carol; and her grandson James H. Haynes III.
She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Kaiser II of Steubenville, OH and Sharon E. Livingston of Wintersville, OH; her grandchildren, Danisha Law (Nick) of Florida, Richard Kaiser III of Columbus, OH, Ebony Kaiser of Greensboro, Zachary Kaiser of New York, Brent Livingston (Anonka) of Wintersville, OH and Christen Livingston of Wintersville, OH; and her siblings, Mary Jackson, Norma Brown of Colliers, WV and William Timothy of San Francisco, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
