She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hilliard and Blanche Hilliard; and her husband Glenn O'dale Howell Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Glenn O'dale Howell Jr. (Virginia), Robert Patrick Howell (Rhonda) and Penney Sue Merritt (Todd); her grandchildren, Cassandra Irizarry (Dan), Katrina White (Nathan), Glenda Osterberg (Matt), Sydney Merritt and Christopher Merritt (Katy); and her great grandchildren, Daniel Irizarry, Mackenzie Callahan, Graham Osterberg, Finley Osterberg, Lila White, Fletcher Osterberg, Lawson White, Hattie Osterberg and Raeghan Merritt. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
