It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia J. Halstead of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McAllearney and Johanna Griffis McAllearney. She is survived by: her husband James W. "Jim" Halstead; her children, Jamie Littell of Pittsburgh, PA and Michael J. Halstead of Bridgeport, WV; and her grandsons, Brandon and Tanner Littell.
