She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Kell and Edna Kell (Embleton); her husband Harry M. Huggins; and her siblings, Douglas Kell, Joseph Kell, Matthew "Junior" Kell and Esther Van Dyke.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl "Cherie" Metcalf (late David) of Wintersville, OH and Matthew "Dan" Huggins (Christina) of Steubenville, OH; and her grandchildren, David Metcalf, Jr., Janet "Janny" Johnson (James), Robin Zgurski (Stanley Zachery "Zach"), Erin Arroyo (Enrique "Henry"), Amy Culp (Michael), Stacey Pinkerton (Jason) and Daphne Middaugh (Matthew). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
