It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ned Moran Sr. (Wintersville, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moran and Helen Moran (Dever); his siblings, Donald, Jerry, Walter "Dixie", Ronnie, Gary, Wendell, Denny, Betty Watson and Carol Cruse; and his grandsons, Russell Vincent Moran and Joseph Kyle Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Moran (Miller); his children, Ned Joe Moran Jr. (Brenda), Brian Moran (Lisa), Scott Moran (Joelle), Brenda Boyd (Dale) and Kelley Hanlin (Chris Ebright); his sister Donna Dye; his grandchildren, Courtney Hager, Brian Moran Jr., Brandi Ralston, Ellis Moran, Zac Long, Kristen Diley, Kaylee Moran, Blake Moran, Isaiah Hanlin and Noah Hanlin; and also Tammy Shockley. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
