She is survived by: her son Justin Butler of Wintersville, OH; her siblings, George O'Leary (Karen) of Mingo Junction, OH and Jean Steadman of Tiltonsville, OH; and her friend Mary Brandt of Wintersville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
