He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Rabbit and Bertha Richmond Rabbit; and his brother Louis Rabbit Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Barbara DeWitt Rabbit; his son Michael Rabbit II of Mingo Jct; and his brother Donald L. Rabbit (Pilar) of Washington, DC.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
