He was predeceased by: his parent Matthew Kuzmich; his wife Mary A. Vranesevich Kuzmich; his siblings, Bill Kuzmich, John Kuzmich and Frances Spanovich; and also Jack.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Kurty Kuzmich; his friend Josephine Omaits of Smithfield, OH; his children, Matthew Kuzmich III (Jinny) of San Jose, CA, William Kuzmich (Kristin) of Wintersville, Mark Kuzmich of Steubenville, Carol Bell (Tom) of Steubenville, Janet Nolan (Ryan) of Steubenville and Mary Ann Fickes (James) of New Philadelphia, OH; and his brother Leonard Kuzmich of Florida.
