It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Schiffman of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Schiffman and Betty Schiffman; and his siblings, David Schiffman and Donna Palombizio. He is survived by: his children, Mark A., Debbie and Mandy Schiffman; and his brother Tim. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
