He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Riggs and Grace E. Riggs (Wright); his sibling Sandy; and his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Dixon and Michelle "Mikki" Vein.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gus, Ron, Eddy and Bert; his wife Kay Riggs; his stepdaughters, Monica (Michael Hollen), Rachael (Scott Johnson) and Olivia Hasley; his grandchildren, Avery, Remington, Maxson, Carter and Melina; his siblings-in-law, Ginny Wilson (Michael), Sam Vein and George Vein; and his daughter Kayla Riggs.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schuetz Funeral Home (235 Clifton Ave, Mingo Junction, OH 43938). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
