She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Cefalo and Agnes DiBiase Cefalo; her husband Joseph Scalise; her son Joseph Scalise; and her siblings, Mary Ribar, Dora Butera, Leonard and Joseph Cefalo.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Scalise of Wintersville and Linda Scalise of Latrobe, PA; and her sister Eleanor Leish of Las Vegas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
