He was predeceased by: his sister Anna Rose DeSimone; his grandfathers, Stefano DeSimone and Ernest Tamburro; and his aunt Jamie Bouchet. He is survived by: his parents, Steven DeSimone and Gina DeSimone (Tamburro); his brother Geno DeSimone; his grandmothers, Helen Bouchet and Karen Tamburro; and his aunts, Melinda Stachiak (Ray), Bridget Long (James), Bambi Bouchet, Kristi Bouchet and Lynnsie Fetty.
