It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leland D. Conn of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Leland and Edith Woods Conn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Miller Conn; his children, Sabrina Yeske (Jim), Jonathan Conn (Lindsey), Garrett Conn (Jenna) and Jared Conn; his grandchildren, Zoe, Raina, Olivia and Abby; his brother Terry Conn (Lance); his cousin Betty Stewart; his aunts, Nancy Rodgers (David) and Carol Rotella (Al); and his close friends, Jerry and Pat Ferguson.
