He is survived by: his wife Trinka; his children, Patrick, Jeffrey (Melanie) and Hannah of New Jersey; his brother Keith (Christina); his children, Kelley, Holly and Kaleb of Ohio; his brother Kent (Gaila); his children, Rebecca and Richard; his grandchild KJ of South Carolina; his sister Kristen Willett (Robert); his children, Mykenna and Hunter of Ohio; and his cousins, Karol Eastman, Lucinda Lovelace of Florida and Ronald Bruce Kell of Alaska.
