He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Minco O'Brien; his son Melvin O'Brien (Theresa) of Steubenville; his grandchildren, Kiera, Liam and Owen; his daughters, Karen Hock (Greg) and Pam Kapustik (Mike); and his great-nephews, Gregory Hock (Jess), Ryan Hock and Jared Kapustik.
