It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce G. Vest of Wintersville, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marcum and Adath Harmon Marcum; and her siblings, Jasper Glenn Marcum, Linda Lou Hay and H. L. Marcum.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Vest; her children, Lisa Notturniano (Anthony), Joey Bowe (Angelique) and Richard Bowe (Angela); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Nicholas (Andrew), Dante (Allison), Jared (Shelby), Joseph, Jacob, Brooklyn (Isiah) and Carly; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Aiden, Ava, Camden, Saylor, Richell, Kara and Zane.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fort Steuben Burial Estates (801 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Jefferson County Humane Society.
