He is survived by : his mother Mary Jane Lazich; his daughters, Alexis Jane and Kaylee Ra Miller; his siblings, Jennifer Gump (Doug), David Joshua Miller, Kimberly Gump (Kyle) and Clifford Denhart; and his granddaughter Elionna Mae Miller. He is also survived by six nieces and many cousins.
