He was predeceased by: his father David Deen Miller; and his grandparents, Gertrude Ellen Baker, John Lazich and JoAnn Sampson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Lazich; his daughters, Alexis Jane and Kaylee Ra Miller; his siblings, Jennifer Gump (Doug), David Joshua Miller, Kimberly Gump (Kyle) and Clifford Denhart; and his granddaughter Elionna Mae Miller. He is also survived by six nieces and many cousins.
