Hoover-Rabe; her sister Kimberly Stover; her children, Melissa Eisnaugle, Thomas Hutter (Stephanie), Matthew Hutter (Alissa Westling) and Katlin Pownall; her grandchildren, Adalynn Hutter, Alexandra Hutter, Kai Hughes and Zyla Hutter; her nieces and nephews, Brennan Stover, Lindsay Stover, Hannah Stover and Ethan Stover; and her great-nieces, Paisley Stover, Ayla Roberts, Zara Roberts, Rinn Roberts and Kalani Jones.
