She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rotunda and Mary Felsocy Neal; her husband Thomas J. Chmelovski; her sons, Joseph and Thomas M. Chmelovski; her brother Michael Rotunda; and her stepparents, Robert "Slim" Neal Sr. and Louise Rotunda.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Chmelovski (Luann) of Naperville, IL and Rick Chmelovski (Tracey) of Bowling Green, OH; her brothers, Robert "Slim" Neal Jr. (Jane) of Cambridge, OH, Frank Rotunda of Texas and Joseph Rotunda (Patty) of Austin, TX; and her grandchildren, Krystan, Rachel, Jacob and Emily.
