With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Conn of Wintersville, Ohio, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father John. She is survived by : her brother John Shablack Jr.; her mother-in-law Betty F. Bowers; her husband Arthur "Ed" Conn; her son E. J. Conn (Dezarae); her grandson Evan; and her sisters, Patricia Minto, Barbara Tolbert (Rodney) and Kathy Byrd (Delmus). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
