He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Frey, and Ida Mae Rogers Frey, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Elmer E. "Gomer" Frey, Jr.; his wife Kathleen A. "Kathy" Mastroianni Frey; and his siblings, Robin Hoover (Robert), Nancy Whaley, Norman Frey and John Frey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
