He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donnelly and Artella Stockglass Donnelly; and his siblings, Joseph, John Donnelly and Dorothy Caniff.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Donnelly of Steubenville and Lorrie Cade of Unionport; his sisters, Diane Donnelly of Carrollton and Carol McAfee (George) of Hopedale; and his former wife Karen Donnelly of Wintersville.
