It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie W. Jarrett of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Linas Carl and Ona Tumlin Jarrett; his son Barry Jarrett; and his siblings, Jerry Jarrett and Marceline Vankirk.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry L. Jarrett (Lana) and Jill Martin (Wesley); his grandchildren, Zackary, Logan, Joshua and Macy; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Parker, Madison, Wesley and Isaac.
