She was predeceased by: her parents, Stark Humphreys and Mary Annon Humphreys; her significant other Fred V. Louk; and her siblings, Jessalie Dadisman (Goodloe), Janet Stemple (Robert) and William Stark Humphreys.

She is survived by: her children, Rodney Louk (Debra) and Lala Leanne Pendleton (Pat); her siblings, Bonnie Rowan, Joe Humphreys (Janice) and Jack Humphreys; her grandchildren, Matthew Louk (Michele), Jamie Louk, Brandon Pendleton (Amiee), Zachary Pendleton (Catherine) and Dylan Pendleton (Kamiliah); and her great grandchildren, Brock, Abbey, Kellen, Shane, Kit, Abraham, Kady, Emma and Taylor.

Memorial donations may be directed to Starkdale Presbyterian Church, 4600 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, Ohio 43953.
