He is survived by: his grandchildren, Grant Cathers of Hawaii and Savannah Cathers of Atlanta, GA; his former wives, Annette Thorn (Rogers) and Helen Thorn Smith; and his siblings, Aaron Thorn of Wintersville, OH, Barbara Turner-Hymes (Thomas) of Daytona Beach, FL, Sally Whitfield of Elyria, OH and Sandi Rue (Paul) of Steubenville, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
