He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Pompa and Virginia D. Cash Pompa; his wife Vera Eloise Pompa; and his sister Toni Pompa. He is survived by: his children, Steven Pompa (Julie Eberhart), Susan Guy and Lisa Nottingham; his sister Linda Pompa; his grandchildren, David A. Guy, Jr. (Ashley) and Heather Strang; and his great grandchild Madison Guy.
