It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Helsley of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Givens; her stepmother Mamie Givens; and her sister Peggy Rekai. She is survived by: her husband Richard Helsley; her sons, Dan Parrish (Melanie) and Donald Parrish (Star); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Coleman, Lakyn, Keaton and Carson Parrish; and her sisters, Lorraine Colantoni and Linda Sullivan. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
