She was predeceased by: her father Perry L. Booth; and her sister Linda Marker. She is survived by: her significant other Norris Hayhurst; her mother Hazel Booth; her daughter Kim Clapham (Randy); her granddaughter Jenna Clapham (Catherine Sanders); her sisters, Pam Nutter (Terry) and Pat Donley; and her friend Bonnie Stump. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
