She is survived by: her son Dr. Mark D. Lewis (Lee); her grandchildren, Brandon Lewis (Kate), Brett Lewis (Robin), Brian Lewis, Lauren Steakley (Jonathan), Ryan Lewis and Christopher Lewis; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Reagen, Calvin, Bri and Brooke; and her sisters, Audrey Poole and Betty Clark.
