He is survived by: his father Edward Welch of Mingo Junction, OH; his brother Brian Welch of Mingo Junction, OH; his significant other Jennifer Hayes of Wintersville, OH; his stepchildren, Erika Stanton, Ashlee Hayes, James Chafin (Nancy) and David Carter; and his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas Stanton, Brandon, Ethan and Lydia Chafin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
