He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richards and Alice Richards (McMillan); his son Christopher; his wives, Shirley Benish Richards, Mildred J. Myers and Donna Jane Hart Richards; his brother-in-law Ralph E. Hart; his brother Paul Richards (PJ); and his parents-in-law, Freda Morton, Ralph and Ruth Hart.
He is survived by: his daughter Angel Richards of Moorfield, WV.; and his siblings-in-law, Carlin Richards, Nina Westover, Linda Jastrazebski, Sandra Wrightsman, Jeanette Davis, Matt Davis, Ronny Heart, Jody Hart and James Hart. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
