It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene L. Brown of Wintersville, Ohio, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Evelyn Hudson Russlee. She is survived by: her husband Robert Brown; her sisters, Sandra Hill and Margaret Ann Walton (Jeff); her sons, David Whanger (Kimber) and Frank Whanger (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Adam, Aubree and Halle Whanger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
