She was predeceased by: her parents, Milfred Evans and Hilda Evans (Hickman); her sons, Jon Jarrett Sczruba and Kevin Michael Sczruba; and her siblings, Melvin Jay Evans and Linda Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Sczruba; her children, Tammy Pavlic (John), Carol Noel Sczruba and Ronny Sczruba; her daughter-in-law Denise Sczruba; her grandchildren, Ronny, Tyler, Kylie of Erika, K. J. and Hunter; her great grandchildren, Evan, Hailey and AnnaLynn; and her brother Ronnie Evans.
