She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Newlen and Earla Newlen (Hensley); and her brother Carl. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Chefalo; her son Sam Williams; her stepchildren, Tyler Chefalo and Chelsea Chefalo; and her sister Jana Fitzsimmons (John).
