He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cathy Bell and Frederick Bell; his wife Kimberly Shepherd; his children, Justin Bell (Summer Ritchie) of Steubenville, Brad Brown (Ashley) of Steubenville and Brandi Stasiulewicz (Anthony) of Steubenville; his sisters, Heidi Bell of Dayton Beach, FL and Laurie Sands (Brian) of Mingo Jct; and his grandchildren, Trent, Tegan Stasiulewicz and Skylee Bell.
