She is survived by: her parents, Bernard Zascavage and Mary Lue Zascavage (Cunningham); her daughter Tara Zascavage; her siblings, Bernadette Zarych (Mark), Mary Lue Kopech (Richard), Charles Zascavage (Victoria) and Bryan Zascavage (Anna Christine); her grandchildren, Promis Crabtree, Jacqualine Crabtree and Lucas Hutchison; and her great grandchild Halo Buggs. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
