She is survived by: her children, James Kustrin (Heidi), John Kustrin (Robyn Cunningham), Matthew Kustrin (Hilary), Jason Kustrin (Kelly) and Betty Jo Gray; her grandchildren, Joshua, Michaela, Kylee, Austin, Ashton, Morgan, Jonathan and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Emma, Anna and Samira; and her sister Peggy Gentry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
