With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Bills (Wintersville, Ohio), who passed away on May 11, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Scott; her husband Richard Lee Bills; her sister Bernadine McFarren; and her brother-in-law Robert McFarren. She is survived by: her parent Irma Andrews Scott; her daughter Marijo Bills Young (Fred); her grandchildren, Richard Scott Young and Sarah Lee Young Houser (James Robert); her great grandchildren, Madison Houser and Marshal Houser; her niece Connie Jean McFarren Stokes (Jerry); and her nephews, Jim Stokes (Laura), Bill Stokes, Christopher Stokes and Andrew Stokes.
