She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Karamanolis (Lisa) of Wintersville and Michele Barezinsky (Larry) of Wintersville; her grandsons, Anthony Barezinsky (Autumn) and Seth Fluharty (Bernadine); her great grandchild Walker Barezinsky; and her caregiver Buffy Mitchell.
