We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Andre B. Celestin (Wintersville, Ohio), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Andre B. Celestin to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Celestin and Edith Manierre Celestin; his wife Susan "Sue" Scott Celestin; and his daughter Beth VanWeelden. He is survived by: his children, Scott Celestin (Kathi) and Amy Albert (Brad); his granddaughters, Megan Diamaduros (Konstantine), Susan Spirlock (Stephen), Kasey Celestin and Karli Celestin; and his son-in-law Dr. George VanWeelden. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make a donation to The Fort Steuben, Steubenville OH.
