She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lucik (Linda) of Champion and Randy Lucik of Champion; her stepdaughter Patricia Bowser of Mecca; her grandchildren, Heather Lucik (Patsy Retort) of Lowellville, Matt Lucik of Vienna, Tiffany Partlowe (Grayson) of Stephens City, VA and Nicholas Lucik (Chelsea) of Medina; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Owen, Gia, Mia, Patsy and Jackson; and her sisters, Betty Phillips of Middlefield and Irene Loze of Middlefield.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley.
