He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel T. Moldovan and Ethel Moldovan (Kirila); and his grandson Andrew Graham Moldovan. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Moldovan of Champion; his children, Robert E. Moldovan (Linda) of Macedonia, OH, Debra Urchek (Marty) of Mecca, OH and Sherry Stanley (Mike) of Liberty, OH; his grandchildren, Robert Moldovan (Brittany), Marty Urchek, Michael Stanley, Mackenzie Stanley and Luke Urchek; his great grandchildren, Eleanor Moldovan, Oliver Moldovan and Nicholas Moldovan; his brother Donald Moldovan (Joanie) of Westerville, OH; his nephews, Michael and Jim Moldovan; his sister-in-law Anna Mary Woodward; and his niece Cindy Woodward.
