He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwiatkowski and Stella Kwiatkowski; his siblings, Richard, Victor, Edward and Stella; his son Richard; the mother of his children Elizabeth Carol Romansky; his former wife Iva Rhodes; his stepchildren, Ronald, Richard and Ford Farmer; and his stepgrandson Todd Schaffer.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Farmer; his children, Raymond Kwiatkowski (Denise) of Fla, Sondra Jackson (Duane) of North Bloomfield and John Kwiatkowski; his grandchildren, James Jackson, Jessica Hammon and Phillip Kwiatkowski; and his stepchildren, Shirley Ann Young (Ray), Jim Farmer (Vickie), Phillip Farmer (Debbie), Connie Silvernail (Gary), Bob Farmer (Michele), Sheila, Kim and Terri. He is also survived by 33 step grandchildren; 22 step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Parish (103 N Maple St, Orwell, OH 44076). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary Church.
