She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gladek and Mildred Gladek (Ozdobinski); her former husband John Spisak; her daughter Sandra M. Bremenour; and her son-in-law David Bremenour.
She is survived by: her husband Seal Pro Incorp; her children, John G. Spisak Jr. (Paulette) of Cortland and Cheri Spisak Jones (Frank) of Painsville; her grandchildren, John E. Spisak of Chesterland, OH, Jenna M. Spisak of Chesterland, OH, Mackenzie Jones of Florida and Blake Aaron Jones of Florida; and her great grandchild Mason Henry Ford.
