She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Baugher and Florence Baugher (Craver); her husband Clyde A. Bailey, Jr.; and her siblings, Daniel, Vernon, Russ, Elwyn, Billy, Charles, Eileen, Violet, Alice, Helen, Marie and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Kubilis of Warren; her siblings, Robert Lyle Baugher (Judy) and Betty Lou Len of Southington; and her grandchildren, JoEllen Weaver of Warren, Charles Kubilis (Penni) of Warren and Norman Kubilis of Albion, PA. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
