He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank K. Brown, Jr. and Ruth Brown (Clyborn); his son Greg Brown; and his brothers, Marlon, Lowman, Richard and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Brown of Champion, OH; his sons, Gary Brown (Sheri) of Champion, OH and David Brown (Becki) of Marietta, OH; his daughter-in-law Pamela Brown of Champion, OH; his sister-in-law Shirley Brown; his grandchildren, Taylor (Cameron), Abby, Brad (Miranda), Brian (Lily) and Boyd (Maggie); and his great grandchildren, Braydon, Grayson, Jameson, Brynnlee, Amelia, Asher, Aimsley, Ginny, Addison and Lincoln.
