He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bosworth and Marjorie Bosworth (Norland); his sons, Jason and Jonathan Lyons; his siblings, Norman Bosworth and Ellen Bosworth; and his stepsister Dale Noles.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fleming; his siblings, Judy Silva of Hawaii, Carolyn Bosworth of Montana and Chester Bosworth (Gail) of Michigan; and his stepsister Beth Dunning (Bruce) of New Hampshire.
