He was predeceased by: his parent Dominic Ross; his son Francis P. Ross; and his siblings, Samuel, Albert, Joseph, Henry, Ernest Ross, Mary West and Rose Castiglioni.
He is survived by: his parent Theresa Ferraiuolo Ross; his wife Irene C. Ross (Rafferty); his daughters, Bonnie K. Novak (Ron) of East Palestine and Christine A. Sultan (George) of Youngtown; his daughter-in-law Cathy Ross of Negley; and his grandchildren, Debra Kuner (Sean), Krisann Lewis (Jamie), Scott Ross (Michelle), Mark Ross (Erica) and Gregory Sultan.
